1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and okttt ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating the gaming platform accessible at https://okttt.cam (the "Platform" or "Website"). By registering for an account, accessing the Platform, placing wagers, or using any services provided by okttt, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other rules, policies, or guidelines posted on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from registering an account. Continued use of the Platform after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and participate in gaming activities on the okttt Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. okttt reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• Geographical Location: You must be physically present within the territorial boundaries of the Philippines when accessing the Platform and placing wagers. Use of VPN services, proxy servers, or any technology designed to mask your location is strictly prohibited.
• Single Account: You are permitted to maintain only one (1) account with okttt. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or aliases, is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or have previously self-excluded from okttt services.
• Legal Standing: You must not be prohibited by law or court order from engaging in online gaming activities.

2.1 Verification Process

okttt implements a robust Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to ensure regulatory compliance and protect against fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and promptly update such information when changes occur. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or national ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, credit card image, GCash screenshot)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by okttt may result in account restrictions, including but not limited to suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed satisfactorily.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To register an account with okttt, you must complete the online registration form and provide truthful, accurate information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree that all information provided is accurate and complete, and you will promptly notify okttt of any changes to such information.

Upon successful registration, you will create login credentials consisting of a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party
• Enable two-factor authentication if offered by the Platform
• Immediately notify okttt of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices
• Not allow any other person to access or use your account for any purpose

okttt shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. You acknowledge that you bear all risks associated with unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

3.3 Account Restrictions and Termination

okttt reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms or any other policy or rule of okttt
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Engaging in fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity
• Suspected money laundering or terrorist financing
• Use of the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior toward okttt staff or other players
• Exploitation of software errors, loopholes, or vulnerabilities
• Failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes

In the event of account closure for legitimate reasons, okttt will return any remaining balance in your account after deducting any amounts owed to okttt, subject to completion of any required regulatory procedures. However, in cases involving fraud, collusion, or breach of these Terms, okttt reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the account.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Terms

4.1 Deposits

okttt offers multiple payment methods for Philippine players, including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and other locally accepted payment services. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100.00), and maximum deposit limits are set according to your account verification level and responsible gaming settings.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Funds deposited into your okttt account are held in a segregated account and are not used for operational purposes. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and third-party payment processor.

You represent and warrant that:

• All funds deposited are from legitimate sources and belong to you
• You are the authorized account holder of any payment method used
• You are not depositing funds on behalf of any third party
• Deposits are made for entertainment purposes only and not for money laundering or any illegal purpose

4.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your okttt account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified in accordance with our KYC procedures
• You must have met any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit, where feasible, to comply with anti-money laundering regulations
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 500.00)
• Withdrawal processing times are typically 1-4 hours during business hours, though delays may occur due to additional verification requirements or third-party processing

okttt reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or unusual transaction patterns. We may request additional documentation or information at our discretion.

4.3 Fees and Charges

okttt does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank, payment provider, or other financial institution.

4.4 Inactive Account Fee

If your account remains inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more, okttt reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of PHP 200.00 or the remaining account balance, whichever is lower, to cover administrative costs. You will receive notice via email thirty (30) days before such fees are applied. You may avoid this fee by logging in to your account or contacting customer support.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 General Gaming Rules

When participating in any gaming activity on the okttt Platform, you agree to:

• Play fairly and in good faith for personal entertainment only
• Not engage in any form of cheating, collusion, or fraudulent activity
• Not use any automated systems, bots, or software to place wagers or manipulate outcomes
• Not exploit errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or games
• Accept the decisions of game outcomes as determined by our certified random number generators and game providers
• Comply with all specific rules and regulations applicable to individual games

5.2 Game Results and Disputes

All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) tested and approved by independent auditing firms. In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or software error that affects game outcome, okttt reserves the right to void all affected wagers and refund stakes.

If you believe an error has occurred in a game result, you must notify okttt customer support within seven (7) days of the disputed transaction. okttt will investigate all legitimate disputes and provide a response within fourteen (14) business days. The decision of okttt's management, in consultation with the game provider if necessary, shall be final and binding.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okttt Platform:

• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment
• Engaging in professional or syndicated gambling operations
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantage
• Using stolen payment methods or depositing funds obtained illegally
• Participating in bonus abuse or promotional scheme exploitation
• Sharing accounts or allowing others to play on your behalf
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to discover source code or algorithms
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the Platform or games
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other players or okttt staff

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

okttt may offer various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms will be clearly stated in the promotional materials and must be read carefully before accepting any bonus.

General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players and must not be abused
• Only one bonus may be active per player at any given time unless otherwise stated

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to:

• Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the Platform
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar automated data gathering or extraction methods
• Use the Platform or Content for any commercial purpose without express written permission from okttt

Unauthorized use of the Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and may result in criminal or civil penalties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, okttt, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Any content obtained from the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in the Platform or games
• Errors or inaccuracies in content or information provided on the Platform

okttt's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless okttt, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from:

• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of any rights of a third party
• Your use or misuse of the Platform
• Any false or misleading information provided to okttt
• Your breach of any representation or warranty made herein

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to our collection and use of personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

okttt implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Modifications to Terms

okttt reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree with any modifications, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting customer support.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.

The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses related to arbitration, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific rules or terms applicable to individual games or promotions, constitute the entire agreement between you and okttt regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and okttt.
